Phyllis is one of the ladies at the R.O.G.O.O.O.C.C. gossiping about Abe and Estelle. Daffy befriended the girls. She is not a natural blonde as stated by Daffy's observations. Phyllis returns in Eligible Bachelors bidding on Daffy but Granny won him by bidding twenty-five cents when no one else bid. She also made a cameo in Newspaper Thief in the Merrie Melodies, Tasmanian Meltdown, when Taz was having a meltdown coming towards the mall, Phyllis ran away in fear.
